Stonehaven has been described as the Coastal Gem in the North East of Scotland.

It is the main county town of historic Kincardineshire and the Mearns and situated 15 miles south of Aberdeen.

With our historic picturesque harbour, lovely family friendly beaches, the amazing Dunnottar Castle, historic sites, fantastic walks, woods and open-air swimming pool, there is something for everyone.

We have wonderful local independant shops  with great restaurants and bars, many of which are award winning.

Stonehaven provides an excellent base to visit and explore the surrounding area and all it has to offer including Castle, Coastal and Whisky Trails.

'Auld Toon Apartment' is a first floor property in Stonehaven High Street which is in the historic Auld Toon (Old Town) and only a minutes walk to the scenic harbour and its wonderful restaurants and bars.

This is a new self catering holiday home for Stonehaven launched December 2020 and has flexible sleeping accommodation for up to four guests, comprising a double and twin bedroom and is ideal for couples and families.

We are child friendly and a travel cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangment. Up to two well behaved pet dogs are also welcome by prior arrangment.

We can also offer secure bike storage.

We have been in the self catering sector for some 20 years although this is our first venture in Stonehaven where we now reside. Our service promise is to provide a personal service and friendly welcome. We pay detailed attention to cleanliness and presentation.
